Orders and Delivery

How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days. We dispatch most orders within 24 hours on business days.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. All UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe, North America, and Australia. International delivery times vary by destination, usually between 5 and 14 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Products and Allergens

Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
Many of our gift sets contain products made in facilities that also handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. We recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific allergen information. If you have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Several of our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Check the individual product pages for dietary details, or contact us and we will be happy to help you choose the right gift.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All products are dispatched with a generous shelf life. Exact dates vary by item and are printed on each product's packaging.

Gifting

Can I include a gift message?
Yes. You can add a personal note at checkout using the gift note field in your cart. Your message will be included with the order.

Do your gift sets come in gift packaging?
Yes. All Tilz Collection gift sets are beautifully presented and ready to give. No additional wrapping is needed.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Of course. Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout, and add a gift note with your personal message.

Corporate Gifting

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at Support@tilzcollection.co.uk and we will make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if something does arrive damaged, please email Support@tilzcollection.co.uk with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
