Unbranded gifts to a single address. Ship within 3 working days. UK delivery 1 to 2 days after dispatch.

Branded orders

Allow 10 to 14 working days from artwork sign-off. Multi-address delivery adds 2 to 3 working days.

Christmas orders close 1 December. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's and Easter deadlines published 6 weeks ahead.

Common questions

What is the minimum order?

£200 in product value. No minimum on recipients, so this could be one substantial gift or twenty smaller ones.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes. Send us a CSV with names, addresses, and any per-recipient notes. We handle the split, the postage and the tracking. Typically adds 2 to 3 working days versus a single-address ship.

Do you offer net payment terms?

14-day terms from £3,000. 30-day terms from £10,000. Subject to credit check on first order.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. Vegan, gluten-free, alcohol-free and nut-free options available across the range. Tell us recipient breakdowns in your enquiry.

Are samples available?

For orders over £1,000 we send a complimentary sample box on request. For smaller orders we offer a discounted sample bundle.

What if a recipient is not home?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD with re-delivery and pickup options. Recipients receive tracking by SMS and email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries. We quote shipping per destination. Duties and customs charges are billed at landed cost, fully transparent.
